Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

At Hashh Automotive, we strive to provide a seamless luxury experience. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent with the premium standards of our fleet management.


1. Cancellation by the Renter

Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled rental start time:

  • More than 7 Days Notice: 100% refund of the booking amount (minus a small processing fee of 5%).

  • 3 to 7 Days Notice: 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Less than 3 Days Notice: The booking amount is non-refundable. However, we may offer a Credit Voucher valid for 3 months at our discretion.

  • No-Show: If the renter does not arrive to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.

2. Security Deposits

  • Security deposits are collected to cover potential minor damages, fuel shortages, or traffic fines.

  • The deposit is 100% refundable and will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected by our fleet team (led by Jinas) and verified for mechanical integrity.

3. Special Provisions for AARP & Military Members

  • As part of our commitment to our AARP members and Military/Veterans, we offer more flexible cancellation terms. Please refer to your specific member benefits page or contact your assigned agent for details.

4. Vehicle Availability & Force Majeure

In the rare event that Hashh Automotive cannot provide the specific vehicle booked (due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances):

  • We will offer an immediate upgrade to a superior category at no extra cost.

  • If no suitable upgrade is available, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.

5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to accounts@hashh.in or admin@hashh.in or through your onboarded travel agent.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to booking dates or vehicle models are subject to availability.

  • While we do not charge a "modification fee" for changes made 7days in advance, any difference in rental rates will apply.
