At Hashh Automotive, we understand that in the excitement of a premium journey, personal items can occasionally be left behind. Whether it’s a pair of designer sunglasses, a mobile device, or travel documents, our team is dedicated to ensuring your misplaced items are safely returned to you.


Our Recovery Process

1. Thorough Post-Rental Inspection Immediately after every rental or chauffeur-driven service, our detailing team performs a comprehensive sweep of the vehicle. Any items found are logged, photographed, and securely stored at our main operations center.

2. Immediate Notification If our fleet managers identify a high-value item (such as a wallet, passport, or electronics), we will attempt to contact the primary renter immediately using the details provided during booking.

3. Reporting a Lost Item If you realize you have left something in one of our vehicles, please report it as soon as possible. You can reach out to our support team or your assigned agent with the following details:

  • Booking Reference Number
  • Vehicle Model (e.g., BMW 525d, Mini Cooper)
  • Date and Time of Return
  • Detailed Description of the Item

How to Reclaim Your Property

  • Self-Collection: Items can be picked up from our office during standard business hours. Please bring a valid ID for verification.
  • Courier Service: At your request, we can arrange for secure shipping of your item to your home or office. Note: Courier charges will be applicable and are the responsibility of the client.

Important Policy Notes

  • Retention Period: We hold non-perishable items for a period of 30 days. Unclaimed items after this period may be donated to local charities or disposed of according to security protocols.
  • Perishables: For hygiene and safety reasons, food, beverages, and other perishable items are disposed of immediately.
  • Liability: While we take every precaution to secure lost items, Hashh Automotive is not responsible for items left in vehicles after the rental period has concluded.
