  • How do I book a specific luxury car? You can book directly through our website, selecting from models like the BMW 5 Series or Mini Cooper. Alternatively, you can book through one of our authorized travel agencies.
  • What documents do I need? For self-drive rentals, we require a valid Driving License, Aadhaar/Passport, and a security deposit. International travelers must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • Can I modify my booking? Yes. You can modify your dates or vehicle choice up to 72 hours before the rental starts, subject to availability.

Fleet & Safety

  • Are the cars well-maintained? Absolutely. Our technical partnership with Royal Drive ensures every vehicle undergoes a multi-point mechanical audit before every handover.
  • What happens in case of a breakdown? Our fleet management team, led by Jinas, provides 24/7 roadside assistance across the North Malabar region. Contact our emergency line immediately.
  • Is insurance included? Yes, all Hashh Automotive vehicles come with comprehensive commercial insurance for your protection.
